3 months ago, I joined Reverse Health with one challenge: hit +100K YouTube views in 3 months to prove the platform was worth investing in.

We passed +650K long-form views before the deadline.

The Starting Point

When I joined, the channel had ~6K subscribers after 3 years and nearly 300 videos. Good content, but something wasn't clicking.

Me and my manager Kiko spent the first weeks on pure research. Competitors, trends, what worked in the fitness space, what didn't. What we had, what we were lacking, and most importantly: how could we build a production system that doesn't burn budget but can scale?

Because we weren't competing with small players. We were up against companies with unlimited budgets who already owned the market.

The Approach

We went back to existing videos and started optimizing. Thumbnails, titles, hooks, editing style.

And we brought AI tools into our workflow for almost every phase. Sound design, research, scripting, image generation, you name it.

But the real key? Consistency.

Every week we reviewed analytics, discussed what we discovered, and applied it to the next video. We turned YouTube production into a repeatable system with clear branding our audience now recognizes.
